Knitting 101 Class

Ladies,

We have scheduled our first Beginner's knitting class!   

Knitting 101- this 2 part class will teach you the basics.

Part 1:  We will learn to Cast on, the Knit Stitch, Increasing and Reading A   Pattern.

Part 2 we will cover the Purl Stitch, Decreasing and Binding off.

 By the end of this 2 part class, not only will you know the basics, but you will have a dishcloth to use.  You will also take home your knitting needles (a standard size) and the rest of your skein of yarn (needles and yarn provided in class fee) to make another dishcloth!

Cost is $30.  Class will be limited to five people, and payment must be made in advance.

Class times:

Part 1: 

Friday, Feb. 7:   2 p.m. - 4 p.m. or from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.  Choose one.

Sat., Feb. 8:      10 a.m. - noon.

Part 2:

Friday, Feb. 21:   2p.m. - 4 p.m. or from 6p.m. - 8 p.m.  Choose one.

Sat.,  Feb. 22:     10 a.m. to noon.
