Cricut Gypsy

Thought I'd send a Pic of the Gypsy so you could see how portable it really is!

Also, here are pics of the templates I've been having SO much fun with! (You may notice that I've used one of them in 3 different ways on the Christmas 1 Scraplifting pages. FUN! There are more styles available to choose from in the store as well!

I know this is a really bad picture, but my camera battery was dying...does anyone know who these two little cuties are? Someone left behind this picture in the store and I'm sure they would love to have it back!

Here are some other fun things I've been playing with! A NEAT, versatile stencil (used on the green paper) and a paper edger punch (used on the blue paper). FUN!

It's late, but it's still MONDAY!!! That means that it's CHALLENGE TIME again. Your mission this week, if you choose to accept it, is to add letters and/or numbers to your project. They can NOT be stamped directly onto the project. You can punch or cut them out, use the Cricut or even use chip board. Anything that will give you a
3D effect.

Well, good luck & have fun!!

It's Monday! You know what that means---it's time for another challenge.

This week we are going to try our hand at embossing. You can dry emboss with a stylus, stencil & light box. You can use nestabilities, Cuttlebug folders or embossing powders.

My gold card was made using a nestabilities scalloped oval die set & gold embossing powder. The "FAIRY TALE" card was done using a SWISS DOTS cuttlebug folder on just the lower part of the card.

I will be teaching another CUTTLEBUG class in February. Watch the blog or stop by the shop for the class schedules.

HAVE FUN!!! I can't wait to see what you do with this one.

Happy NEW YEAR!!! Last year was a great one. Let's see if we can make 2010 even better.

To get us started, we are going to start off with a color challenge. I have pics of the sample but am having issues getting them loaded to the computer. I will edit them in as soon as I figure out the problem. My project is on display at the store.

Your colors are:

LIME GREEN
PUMPKIN
DENIM BLUE

You can get these colors from card stock, paper, buttons, brads, ribbon, ink, or anything else you find. Your project MUST use all 3 colors. You can scrap, make a card or go outside the box like I did.

Remember, a new challenge will be posted every Monday. You can do all of them or just 1 of them. It's entirely up to you. The coffee/tea clatch to discuss January's projects will be at 2 PM on Saturday, Feb.6th.

Good luck! And most of all---HAVE FUN!!!!
