Halloween/Christmas Dollar Deal$

Just got in over 600 Halloween and Christmas items!  We have cardstock stickers, puffy stickers, flip packs, wooden stamps, clear stamps, 3D stickers, paper stacks, and cards with envelopes!  Almost all items are $1 each!!!!  The only exceptions are the 12 X 12 paper packs, flip packs, and card sets (6 cute cut out design cards with envelopes per package)...these items will be $1.50!  Hurry, hurry, hurry!  I will be listing these items for sale on E Bay also, and am expecting them to fly out the door!

Olaf class

We had a great turnout for our Olaf polymer clay necklace class!  Thank you all for coming!  Don't we have some adorable snowmen????  Great job, everyone!  Stay tuned for our Minion Keyring class coming up soon!

New Plushies

I am loving these plushies from Ganz!  We have Jingles Giraffe (he rattles!), North, the Snowman, and Webkinz Gobbler Turkeys (we will be using these Turkeys for the fall wreath class).  Aren't they sweet?

Kumihimo Necklace Class

Ladies,

I am super excited about this upcoming class.  The finished necklace is on display in the store, and boy, is it ever gorgeous!  (Pictures never do things justice.)

Class will be on Monday, Oct. 6, from 6 - 8 p.m.  Cost is $30 and includes your very own Kumihimo starter kit, plus class instruction.  I have a feeling this one is going to fill up fast.  Drop by the store and pre-pay to reserve your spot.  (Remember, you will go home with the knowledge you need to make more of these gorgeous necklaces, plus the basic items you will need to do more projects.)

FREE Card Technique Class!!!!!

FREE Card Technique Class!  We will be learning the "Midnight magic" Stamping technique to create one or two card toppers, depending on time.  The class will be on Weds., 9/24, from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.  No charge, but please call the store to sign up so we can make sure to reserve a seat for you.  This is our "launch" for the new monthly card technique classes we will be setting up.

Do 'Ya Wanna Build A Snowman?

Last call for Olaf Necklace Class.  Class is Monday, Sep. 22 from 6 - 8 p.m.  Cost is $15.  You will need to bring a small tupperware container w/a lid to take Olaf home to bake him.  You will also leave w/all materials to finish assembling him at home after he is baked, along with instructions.  I will take new sign ups until noon on Monday, Sep. 22.  Let me know if you'd like to join us!

New Class!

We are going to be setting this class up very soon!  This is the Kumihimo stuff I've been squeeing about.  I think it is drop dead gorgeous, and can't wait to come up with even more designs!

For those of you that doubted me when I said I ordered over SIX THOUSAND dollars worth of new product!  Ha.  (BTW, there are two more orders still on the way in...plus the one from yesterday that we haven't gotten put away yet!)  Can we say, "FUN"???!!!!

Class Reminder

Don't forget about our awesome "Yorganza Scarf Class" next Tues. - 9/16 from 6 - 8 p.m.  You will LOVE making this scarf.  Once you learn how, you can start making them for Christmas gifts.  They're pretty darned cool!  (Six fabric styles to choose from.)  $25 (Includes fabric and needles.)

Also, our monthly PJ (pajama)/Craft night is coming up next Friday, 9/19.  Cost is only $10.  Come on in, get away from the domicile, and have FUN scrapping, knitting, crafting, etc.  You may bring a snack to share, but it isn't necessary.  Come as early as 10 a.m. and stay as late as midnight!  Call the store ahead of time to sign up.

Creativity Magazine (pictured below), has some awesome card and crafting ideas...tags, boxes, etc.  We are having a class on Mon. -, Oct. 20 - from 6 - 8 p.m.  Class is $15 and INCLUDES all of the items pictured below!!!!  You will be designing one or more items from the magazine with instruction during class.  Drop by the store and pre-pay to sign up!

Card Technique Group

Is anyone interested in a weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly card technique class at the store?  I have a dynamite teacher all lined up, and she just oozes creativity!  We are picturing an informal, inexpensive setting where you learn a cool and nifty technique to make one card topper each time.  Cost TBA, but I'm hoping for less than $5 each time.

If you would be at all interested, please let me know.  Also, which would be better...daytime or evening.  What day of the week is better for you.  How often would you like to attend?

"Olaf" Necklace Class

O.k., I have a partially completed "Olaf" necklace to show you.  The class is $15 and will be on Monday, Sep. 22 from 6 - 8 p.m.  You must stop by the store and pre-pay to sign up.  Also, please bring a small, sturdy, closeable container to bring Olaf home in.  He will need to be baked for 15 minutes at home.  We will send you home with all materials necessary to complete the necklace after he is baked, plus instructions!

Note:  I will be ordering some small, white seed beads to complete the necklace, so don't have it totally done, but did want to post a picture so you can see what he'll look like!
