August Class Schedule
Friday, Aug. 10 - PJ Crop - 5 p.m. - Midnight - $5 plus bring a snack to share.
Bring your stuff and join us for fun, female company, and FOOD! (It doesn't get any better than that!) You can use the store Cricut, Grand Calibur, Big Shot Pro, punches, & stamps to get those pages, cards, and projects completed!
Call the store to reserve your spot.
Sat. - Aug. 11- TWELVE hour crop - 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. - $10 (free if you spend $50 or more.)
Join us on Friday nite and leave your stuff overnight, or just come and join us on Saturday for twelve hours of crafting fun! We will have water and sodas available to purchase, or you can bring your own. We will also provide snacks. Lunch and dinner will be on your own. Call the store to reserve your spot. (Pre-payment for this crop is necessary to hold your spot.)
Sat. - Aug. 11 - 10 a.m. - noon - Beginner's Scrapbooking Lesson - $10 (Yes, this will be going on during the Twelve hour crop.)

Altered Jewelry box
Ladies,
FINALLY got around to altering a lil' jewelry box I picked up in a resale shop about a year ago. I could just picture how cute the "Little Darlings" line by Graphic 45 would be on this box! I would LOVE to do another class on altering wooden, paper mache objects, or chipboard. Please comment on here if you'd like to do a class like this! What awesome, easy, personal, and inexpensive gifts for Christmas!

I got in six of the awesome Scrap N' Easels. Three are already sold. If you'd like one, drop by the store as soon as you can and get one. They won't last long! I love mine! These awesome, magnetic easels give you a better view of your project. You don't lose small pieces that you've decorated for your page, as you use the magnets to hold them onto the board while you design. The board folds totally flat for portability. Also, you do NOT get back and neck strain while using this design board! There is also a smaller one that doesn't fold in the center for card making. The card making ones run $39.99 each. The 12 X 12, two page easels run $59.99 each. This is an awesome tool!

Weekend Crop!

Don't forget about our weekend crop coming up this weekend. Fri. - Jly. 20 from 5 p.m. - Midnite = $5 plus bring a snack to share. If you want to leave your stuff overnite and come back on Sat. - Jly. 21, you can crop from 9 a.m. to Midnite Sat. as well! Saturday crop will be $25. You will get a continental breakfast, lunch, supper, dessert, snacks, and Coke or water. If you want to bring in other beverages, you may. Call the store to sign up today! We still have some room, but it is filling up fast! Let me know if you'd like to do the Friday night crop, the Saturday crop, or both!

New Stuff!

A few new thing in that I wanted to share with you:
Cutterpede cutter blades; China stickers; 8.5 X 11 Baseball card holder photo sleeves (these work great for ATC cards as well!); CUTE Penny Black Teddy Bear Christmas stamp sets; AWESOME Rustic Western die cuts (western wooden fence, gate, rope, broken wagon wheel, and windmill dies!) WITH MATCHING STAMP SETS = fence, gate, windmill, barn in front of mountains, wagon, and barn! (One of these sets is SO mine!!!); pink & black zebra print letters; new stamps = "This card was made by hand. If you throw it away those same hands will make a doll in your image and stick pins in its butt.": New Bella "Curio" paper = vintage roses on a blue fillagree background.

Christmas in July Cards!
Ladies,
Here is one of the cards we will be making at the "Christmas in July" card class on 7/23! More pics of the other cards to come as we design them.
See how much fun you can have with the AWESOME Spectrum Noir alcohol markers and a lil' bit o' paper? Throw in a $1.99 stamp and, VOILA! Just look at the transformation of that stamp using the alcohol markers! (Did I mention that I am in love, love, love with the Spectrum Noirs????) Very easy, very forgiving, and VERY fun!!!!
